Document organization · $299

A two-session engagement to organize the documents you have against the notices you received.

Who this is for

You want the file organized for a partner — without the full Guided engagement.

The Document organization tier is for the individual taxpayer who has the documents in a shoebox or a folder somewhere and needs them assembled into a case file a credentialed partner can pick up without a scavenger hunt. The engagement is two sessions — focused on intake review and document organization — and stops short of the response drafting and review that the Guided tier adds. Alidade does not speak to the IRS on your behalf; this tier prepares the file a partner would inherit. If the matter actually requires representation today — an active levy, a CDP hearing, an NFTL appeal — the intake review names that and points you to a credentialed partner through /partners.

What you get

Three deliverables: the intake review, the organized case file, and a one-page routing memo.

  • Intake review — the five-field intake plus a short walkthrough of the named notice, the balance, and the years on the table, with a clear list of what is still outstanding
  • Organized case file — the documents you already have mapped against the notices and tax years, with a folder structure, a naming convention, and a missing-documents list for your matter
  • One-page routing memo — a plain-language summary of where the matter routes (self / EA / CPA / tax attorney) when it is time to engage a credentialed partner

Alidade does not represent clients before the IRS — the Document organization tier delivers an organized case file a credentialed partner inherits; this is not representation.

Start the Document organization engagement

Intake first. Uploads open once the review is in.

The Document organization engagement begins with the same five-field intake as the rest of the tiers — notice type, outstanding balance, unfiled years, levy or wage-garnish status. Once the review is in, the organized case file is built against your specific matter, and after intake you will be asked to sign in and upload the documents on the checklist.
